Études au Séminaire Saint-Joseph de Trois-Rivières avec l'abbé Albert Tessier, à Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière (agriculture) avec l'abbé Maurice Proulx, à l'École normale Jacques-Cartier )pédagogie) et à l'Université de Montréal-UdeM (psychologie).
Entre à l'Office national du film-ONF en 1945.
Spécialisé dans le documentaire sur l'agriculture.
Décès en 1994.
